The sauna bath you are about to take is the most relaxing part of your day. It should begin with a lukewarm, leisurely shower.
2] ENTER THE SAUNA
The first session in the sauna should be in dry heat. In this session avoid the use of unnecessary water. If you are a newcomer to the sauna, limit your time in the dry heat to ten minutes at most.
3] RELAX
After perspiration a lot, leave the Sauna space and cool off for a while by talking a cold shower, or jump into the swimming pool. Then relax.
4] RE-ENTER SAUNA
After cooling off re-enter the Sauna and when perspiration begins again, throw a little water on the hot stones to make steam. Then gradually more. Let common sense and nature tell you when to stop.
5] SHOWER AGAIN
This time use lukewarm water. Then wash yourself if needed. End your Sauna bathing with a cold shower. After this re-enter the Sauna once more for a short period, if you feel like it.
6] RELAX
Refresh yourself with fruit and a drink and enjoy total
relaxation.
